Thanks to Old Photos, the Good Ol’ Days Are Far From Gone

polaroidWow! And that’s barely scratching the surface. There’s a lot more we associate with the period from the forties to the sixties … from leather jackets to hula hoops and from drive-in movies to sock hops.

If you have any old photos you’d like to share with our users and readers, please let us know! We’ve already seen some great photos posted in your profiles, and we’re looking for old photos to share at medicaremall.com. We know our subscribers and readers have plenty of great photos that not only provide snapshots of our nation’s history, but are sure to make the rest of us laugh, cry, wonder, or make us wish we’d been there.

Do you have a photo of yourself on roller skates? Decked out in clothing that’s sure to bring back fond memories? A shot of Ike on the stump? One of your children in tears over tragic events during the 1960s? A back-from-the-war reunion with family or friends? A photo of that old bungalow of yours showing objects that you never see in a house anymore? Or what about a shot of you standing next to that classic Camaro or Thunderbird you worked so hard on?

We’ll be back with more details—but for now we’d appreciate it very much if you started considering which old Polaroids or other photos you’d like to share with other readers. Though we all have a lot to look forward to, let’s not forget—partly thanks to the magic of old-fashioned photography and the sharing spirit of MedicareMall.com users—the good ol’ days are far from gone.
